My MLP character Blue Angel has earned her translucent angel wings from an unknown force of the universe. Unlike Twilight, they aren't permanent. They only appear when she does her duty to help bring those to the light.

An odd detail on Araquanid I noticed is how though the water bubble that is centered on its head has translucent details, the water bubbles located around presumably the joints on its legs do not share such a detail

I like it myself since bottom is just a standard leotard esque bottom under it but YMMV
Ampfibian redesign by me. I wanted to emphasize the "jellyfish" as well as the "electric" side, hence why it's translucent and his nervous system is exposed, which at the same time is his tentacles. Really had fun with this one, hope you like it!
As a species, we have the ability to make things chunky, colorful, and translucent/glowy, yet we don’t.
