This is obviously unfinished, but I think my lack of an ability to effectively texture my brushstrokes in any meaningful way is bothering me so Im going to stop here for now. Its clear to me that I need to do more brushwork practice on top of life studies.

Today it was truly enjoyable to teach Yr3. We sorted out warm and cool colours by playing with mixing and brushstrokes. Students had to play and discover what happens when you mix different colours together and experiment with quantities of water. Well done Yr3!
