My favorite Carpenter and Russell film. Saw it at least 3 or 4 times in the theaters back in NYC in 1982 and it still bombed! 😔 I adore it. It's a masterpiece. The 4K blu-ray looks stunning.

I used to see this all the time in the video shop when I was a kid, & even though I was a huge fan, the artwork was so unappealing I never bothered renting the film. Seems the film lives up to the bad VHS cover. Meh.
