A year or 2 ago I worked on a few animated girls for some music video... that I THINK never happened.
I just did a few characters as loops. This is one of them.

-the most natural way they can blink is once during the 15 frame animation that loops over and over again. that ends up looking very unnatural and weird!!!

One last problem I had! The cheek fluff screwed with the edge-loops around the jaw, hurting the cell shading. Separating the fur will hopefully let me fix this. Screen-grabbed a slide from the Guilty Gear Xrd tech breakdown where they show this important edge-loop! 7/7

Retopo Tips:
You don't need to keep subdividing your entire lowpoly to make something appear smooth. You just need to add more loops and vertices to silhouette areas.
