Happy 20th anniversary to which debuted on this date Sept. 26th, 2001. In a world still stunned from the events of 9/11 the show was a much needed oasis of optimism.

And I dedicate this poster to who loves ENT like I love TAS!

You know what? For the first time in months, I actually had a twinge of "Everything's going to be okay."
And that feels so foreign to me at this point. So much bad luck and pessimism has just drained all optimism.

I'll take it.

22. Tina Aqua's was established in the story early on but she has a more prominent role in Part 0, with a personality rework. At first she was in my mind out of necessity but now I've kind of grown attached to her bottomless optimism and cute design. Midriffs are neat!

Optimism, by the way, is not a superficial attitude. It's a very muscular attitude. It's a bold attitude that says no matter what, I can find a way. I can find the resources to deal with this.

I'll always recommend Planetes to anyone looking for a good hard sci-fi series. While it does dive into the darker aspects of humanity, it never loses a sense of optimism, and a sense of wonder to the unknown future.

Hi; thank you for the boost <3 I’m Mynia; and I’m a mostly self taught artist, from the UK. Something I like about myself is; my strength and optimism. I struggle a lot with mental health; but I’ve never let it beat me; and I never will 💪🏻 some of my works below ^^
