Been trying to make mutant characters for a story idea I want to pursue. Been struggling greatly because there is not a lot of variety in mutant references. It’s either animal anthros, deformed humans, or goo people.

for those not getting why wolverine, there are little to no references on how to draw someone with claws in combat or in a fight, so i use Wolverine's game sprites in various games hes been in, as reference

Much like Bonifacio's Bolo, Talibong has had a lot of changes over the years.

The earlier designs were the result of sticking too much to one or two references and nothing else. The coat /was/ mentioned in writing, but the patterns were from a different group entirely.

To clear some confusion, I based/used these two as references for Raph. Bigger Lego models have bigger hands, so more room for detail, so Raph would have clearer fingers even if they’re still Lego
