Learning Curve~
I imagine a fair amount of effort goes into figuring out how the heck to make this work. And so, art. Mushy, warm art. https://t.co/OZDN9H2D0A
The Receding Hairline look. During the Renaissance, high, curved foreheads were considered an important indicator of beauty & good breeding. As a result well-born European women plucked out hairs from their natural hairline all the way back to the crowns of their heads.
meanwhile, I found this eel I made sometime last year 🦐 it moves along a curve and just generally has a good time
@CinnamonGhoul Phoenix Wright being ahead of the Curve as usual.

🎉 Today is Curveball’s sixth birthday. 🎉
Well. Sort of. Technically we are six, but truth be told we were six on the sixth of June...
Eitherway here's to many more years, enjoy our birthday animation and also check out our birthday blog post below.

@LonesomeBard Yep, always vectors. I primarily use the Polyline tool as it is good for curves and straight lines without having to switch to the individual tools for each.
The last piece I did that was mainly freehand was It Was Always You (colour with no background below)

Been playing with the SAI2 technical preview lately, namely with linework layers, shapes, and path controls. Ended up vectorizing all the linework on a drawing of Nisha I had started in January. The amount of control one has on curves and line thickness is just... Astounding.
