Also backgrounds! Backgrounds have been a fun new part of the process..im not a master yet..i even use jpegs that i take away from or add onto, but its a start. Also the line art on this one was a lot messier, but i think it works in the end.

Sort of a process. I started just by adding a gradient in the sky, and then painting the clouds/water. Then I was like "what can I add to the water", so I figured why not add a forerunner structure lmao. There were a few variations.

Chippin' away at this when I have time. Most people don’t realize I often draw things that aren’t directly visible as a part of my process. I’m often researching, building, “dissecting”, and dismantling things, etc, whether it’s stuff or other art, typically paintings.
