For some reason Elwind has the late hit knockback angle on the first active frame (frame 8) before reappearing 4 frames later. This explains why Robin's Elwind often doesn't spike when you think it should have.

I posted this animation of Jack yesterday but I noticed some weird lines on certain frames in the last one. So I went back and cleaned it up. Probably had something to do with the border effect I added to make him stand out a bit more. But I think it's all fixed now. :)
