Finished blocking in the colors in the outfit, shaded the underskirt, and finished the hands/tail. Still debating on the outfit color scheme so if anyone has suggestions let me know!

In terms of proportions pretend you're drawing a baby. Big head, same sized body/depending on how big you want the chibis to be! The face and it's features are slightly bigger but generally the same, and the body requires WAY less detail but ur DONE!!!!! Excuse thee old art lmao
