Here is a nice 3D image of the Mars surface from Perseverance in (a) Anaglyph (b) Parallel (c) Cross-view. The undulating land is obvious in this 3D view.
This looks to be one part of the recently published 360 view - so I think it may be that the 360 view can be in 3D!

I don't like using the Subdivision Surface modifier for modeling but I do use it to check for those tiny black spots like below her bottom lip. Those are two vertices not meeting and are usually unseen unless using the SubSurface
