It all started with a drawing of a, what I thought was, a throwaway character, only to be part of my main catalog.

Sadly, any drawings, especially of my OCs, have slowed down severely. It’s a whole lot of mental gymnastics to go through to even start.

For example, when I painted Bunny Shiki earlier this year, I created a separate file for lighting ref, created a multiply and screen layer, and guessed where I thought the light would hit her. Then I did the painting on the real version based on that guess. If that makes sense.
