I know Romulus Quirinus is meant to be a Saint Seiya Reference mainly, but like his armor's more rounded wing and his position as a "Progenitor" made me think he looks kind of like Auge from FSS and L-Gaim as well.

I still need to watch thunderbolt, have been meaning to for ages.
Funnily enough one of MY favorite designs is the polar opposite of what you like. The Gundam Wing Zero EW with its impractical wings and all the crazy stuff was one of the first EVER pictures of a Gundam I saw.
