#drawingwithADHD Art is one of the few things that makes my mind....calm. It’s sort of magic in that way. Drawing is essential in my life with ADHD. If I’m off my meds, it’s the only time my leg stops bouncing, my teeth stop biting my nails, and I feel peaceful!
