I had an idea for one based on DimWitDog’s Mech-Ponies, similar to this.
recently got Clip Studio Paint and have been doing some tests, i like the mechanical pencil alot lol. the trade off in comparison to Sketchbook is that coloring is so much easier at the cost of a decent inking stabilizer. im liking so far and will prob upgrade soon

Terraforce. A pretty badly beat-up mechanized infantry unit procured after becoming spare parts surplus by the head of an R&D firm and her husband. Even with confidential military gear removed, he's one helluva bodyguard.
Under their ownership he'd become heavily modified...
That's just the base. Each panel is a separate layer, and over each one, I add texture and then detailing and highlights, like I did on the lower part and the cannon arm of the mecha.
It's a long process, but as you see, it's a very practical way to paint a mechanical object!
