Wait, they were both holding knives? I literally didn’t notice Caleb’s knife omg 😭 From the painting, it looks like Caleb is trying to calm Phillip down while holding a knife of his own to protect himself. Probably Evelyn and his child too. I dont think he attacked Phillip.
