Don't have much energy today to draw, but I manage to kinda finish the sketch and get it roughly colored for later. However, I'm kinda stuck between two different versions of their hair + skin color.

Hermicone - Toxic - A garbage-bag brought to life. It hides in a cone to evade predator Chompactor.
Trashiclaw - Toxic/Earth - It eats trash to sustain its shell.
Garbossus - Toxic/Earth - What it ate as a Trashiclaw affects its color.

Diglett and Dugtrio's only features were their noses: as for Venonat family, they were purple instead of the modern blue. Their skin was subtly more vivid too.
GBC palette limitations influenced even the soil color.
