I think I gotta focusing my efforts towards capturing proportions accurately because I've been way too lackadaisical about it, and I gotta figure out a good way to portray foliage (it would probably help to use higher reolution photo references tho)

2015: used lining, took weeks to finish, clean but stiff
2017: Turned to painting, took less time, embraced the messy
2019 : gave no damn about the mess, focusing on feel and color, no more details
