I know this might be a little unorthodox, but is a Tattoo Paint Brush! I love the dark yet beautiful aesthetic of tattoos and to see this on a neopet seems really interesting to me!

old school paintbrush

This paintbrush seems old and moldy but when used on your neopets it reverts their style back to the early 2000's or so. I personally miss some of the older designs, the neopets team can decide what colors the old designs have.

This was a mock up Paint Brush idea from one of the old Neopets artists from years ago. I think this is likely what eventually became Maractite (not sure just my guess) although I still think should consider making this a real thing!
