In Project Split Figure The Movie,
The final battle between Kay & the Tyrant shows the Tyrant using red tendrils.

This ability isn't exclusive to the Tyrant, & at one point Kay actually uses blue tendrils in the movie.
Kay didn't use this again, mostly because I forgot about it.

Her name is Keso but I pronounced it “Kay-joh”. Basically my old 2009 Warriors sona Demonstar with Pkmn B/W influence.
