I've never seen it, but judging by the look, it can't be that great (and this is no prejudice, cuz I really enjoy 40's films and stuff like the Kirk Alyn Superman serial)

This is an obvious nod to the fact King Dice is based on Cab Calloway who was famous for his unique singing style and who himself appeared in many cartoons during the 30's and 40's, and I guess he's silly or something
