I just notice now that recently I've been drawing the hologirls with backgrounds.
Damn, back in the early days I usually avoid drawing backgrounds cause its tedious.
But now I don't really think about it and just do.
as shown in the timelapse video, the final product was actually cropped to fit with the composition
but when I watched it, it doesn't look that bad without the cropping... (and also the background color)

Background could use some work to add some depth… not sure people will be focused on that though

most gamedev have separate artists for character designs, UI and environment. So I think I went too far when I had to draw backgrounds+UI because nobody will draw it for me 😭😭😭😭
