Alright, I figure enough time has passed that I can spoiler talk about the Batgirls annual, and I will! ... later today.
Overall, I have a bunch of nitpicks and personal issues with it, but nothing deal-breaking yet. Plus, it's still only part one of a bigger story.

Two options: TT and BR simply don't want to, or editorial will only allow the wheelchair in Batgirls
