What do you think an 80s anime for Cutie Honey would've been like...? I wish I coulda seen her in that aesthetic, tbh.

In episode 15, Alphonne has flashbacks to the destruction of St. Chapel Academy. However, she wasn't there when it happened. She was only present for the aftermath.

In the final episode of Cutie Honey Universe, you can spot Go Nagai, as well as Kikunosuke Abashiri from his “Abashiri Family” manga.

In the French dub, Great Claw was renamed “Panthere Star” in episode 21, but then “Panthere Gypsy” in episode 22. Special thanks

Episode 18 is the only one that does not end with the usual "Cutie Honey" heart shaped eye catch. Instead, the scene merely fades to black.

In episode 21, both Hystler and Pochi are easily able to recognize Honey Kisaragi as Hurricane Honey. Yet in prior episodes, other characters were unable to.

Streamed art live last night & ended up just redrawing an older piece since I was at a lost. Redrew this Cutie Honey pic from 2010 (the year I went digital). Hopefully, you can see the improvement without it being nearly 20 years apart like the others.

Honey Flash!

And now one of my favorite classic! Cutie Honey was one of my first delves into anime not featured on Cable. Instantly fell in love with her!
