Thoma: Arcanine and Aegislash.
After those scenes in Thoma’s demo, I had to give him an Arcanine- it’s a dog-like Pokémon whose type matches his Vision.
Aegislash is said to have attended to kings for generations similar to Thoma and House Kamisato
had a discussion w/ a friend, noted that Rod's face is a little more "dog-like" than "rat-like."
this is partially on purpose. I deliberately give him "protag face" (sleek lines without aggressive arches) to make him a lil easier to project onto.

I used some reference for the mouth but I basically wanted an accurate depiction of what Amelia's teeth look like when they aren't "glamored" to look human. I try to keep is more dog-like. Her tongue is much longer though than the picture shows. I wanted it to still be inhuman.

This is what I got from looking at this for a bit. The face shape looks more dog-like but the side view from the English one looks more pointed. The Style of dog that it looks like makes me think of the Stoutland Line. It still doesn't make sense that the side view is pointed.
@PaleoArtPaul my favorite dinosaur ever since i was a kid was the t.rex, its name just sounds so catchy and iconic and i love the dog-like face they have, then comes pachyrhinosaurus. i cant tell which i like more, i just like them both
