These dirt dwelling Enigmon are severely lacking in confidence right out of the gate, and need support from others to feel worthy. When they sense that support though, Molarkey can be a great ally that'll serve new trainers well.

I happen to have his evolution right here. Actually, this design was done by someone else as a Pokémon fusion, but it's becoming an official Enigmon. I think he fits those specs you're looking for. His working name is Raiger, but I'm open to suggestions for names.
