But I understand some need more pages, and that some still like the episodic format, which if anything in comics is "dying" it's that format. $5 and more for monthly(at best) story fragments that are only 20 pages?
Since #SizeTwitter's trending, I'll share one of my canceled projects, which is a different take of the live action PGSM series. Our heroes were shrunk at the hands of Mio Kuroki.

For me, it was the epic MOON KNIGHT collab with @MarvelStudios and @PosterPosse, such an amazing experience to do episodic art. Lots of respect and trust there. Loved it. Also, creating the key art for @iam8bit and @CoinCrewGames ESCAPE ACADEMY. Such a fun and collaborative team!

Through the organic interactions that are done through the comedic/episodic episodes, we get insight to not only the trivial quirks about the characters that we also get insight on their ideologies and philosophies that get expanded on throughout the show.
I'm back on MR stuff, including some real mid (see below) from the past few years. These pre-boxset MRs, while shit, still have some charm and fun to them. I think it's because it feels more episodic, like if you don't like a story there's always next month's. (rambling thread)
The one time I find an amazing character to gush about it turns out the anime is all episodic and has no continuity at all so any back story development is dropped but dammit she’s cool
@davidmcgeoch9 @StarTrek It’s obviously a high water mark in Star Trek. It’s permission for these characters to grow and mature from their episodic roots.

Yomigaeru Sora -Rescue Wings- is a 2006 series about a helicopter rescue pilot. It's a great drama with some real tension. It's mostly episodic and not every mission is a success. A very good start for this episodic game about 16 witches trapped in a death game with a voting system. It's a bit too soon to judge the whole story but it's really fun, and the art style is pretty unique
