It would be easy to say that The Bad Guys is style over substance, and to an extent that is true. The story and characters are fairly basic with few risks taken, but I find the animation and voice acting greatly accentuate these elements.

I enjoyed the hell out of this film...

2/ In the original 'Gunnm' manga, the character was called Kinuba and the tusked crotch pig was an A.I. interface, but none of that made it to the animated film. The producers decided to change his look among other things and call him 'Grewishka'. Just wasn't the same. 2/
