My OC's name is Wilhelmine Luceria but you can call her "Mimmy". A 20 year old, university art student. She loves all types of art except for sculpting. She's 5' 6" tall and has light chestnut brown hair with pink highlights. She's lively, clumsy, talkative. 💗💜💚

Here's my OC Messa! 💜 I really love how she turned out in this one. I gave her a softer look with light blue highlights.

Key colors are pastel blue, pink, and purple just because those are the colors I was feeling, lol.

Another D&D related piece for my butty Shay and his dwarf. It was a lot of fun to work on and let em rpactice things like curly hair and doing more textured highlights.

Fast and dirty but here's an implementation of what I would suggest to get that starker lighting. Made the shadows match the highlights and gave the shadows a hint of violet and the tiniest shift towards green in the highlights. Sounds stupid but it's like salted caramel😁

Some more drawpile highlights.

Haha don’t tell anyone, but I drew all 151 original Pokémon in a realistic style during college. They are all still up on my DeviantArt page. Here are some highlights.

Trying to make a cute card themed jester girly. Gonna be an adopt. Will have steely blues as highlights. Still got a lot of fiddling to do. What you guys think?

I’ve seen artist do the non shading look and it looks amazing. I feel like with my art style it’s just a bit too flat. I need to have at least 1 layer of shading and highlights. What do you think?
Looks like I’ll have to draw Falon in her school uniform based on your reactions 🤤

What I do is some hard shading and then use the airbrush to have a softer look to the darker parts, then an add layer to get soft highlights and some lines to show the harder highlights. Then I just airbrush the skin tone on the hair next to the face, lower the opacity then done!

Redrawing one of my first digital arts. I decided to make some changes but still maintain the major highlights. ✨

Good morning! My picture is drawn. It remains only to add stars and highlights. This is something like a handmade postcard, painted with acrylic on canvas.

Nyaa!

Some trivia time that image generation reminded💖

Originally Eri's hair were full pink, not with purple highlights. Solution was due limits of VroidStudio.

In addition, had red eyes (was in fact true with Eria's few first 3d models) and weapon was katana~🐾

Gals and ghouls, it is finally time for unhinged Victorian greeting cards, Halloween edition.

As usual, we start with highlights.

Vengeful jack-o-lanterns
GOURD CAR.

A pumpkin man contemplating cannibalism and mortality

People ask me which direction I place my hatching lines. And what I do is, I always start from an edge and hath towards the lightest part of the anatomical subshape. So towards the center light/highlights. So you always go from edge to edge. Faces have a lot of diffent edges
