I KNOW I can't be the only person looking at Gamma 1 and 2 from the new Dragon Ball Super film and thinking about Plus/Minus and Cyborg 009/Shotaro Ishinomori in general.

I really hope this deliberate homage gives newer anime fans some revitalized interest in anime.

In 2001, studio Japan Vistec, along with director Jun Kawagoe adapted the classic Cyborg 009 manga by the legendary Shotaro Ishinomori! Easily the best adaptation of the manga, as it was very faithful and had a strong story!
