Solomon Program ~ New Konami's game for Nintendo Switch https://t.co/M4OZUOxy1D
Solomon Program has players control and battle monsters via programs. Monster designs are similar to Yu-Gi-Oh! & Digimon. Battles appear to be in a strategy RPG style
compare and contrast with Konami's Xexex, another shmup that came out around the same time with similarly impressive visual effects, though this time used to create beautiful yet bizarre and alien landscapes.
I always love it when older games pushed the boundaries of 2D tech!

Here is the full box art painting for Konami's Cybernator on the SNES, sent to Game Informer on an 8.5"x11" transparency way back in 1993. Marketing art like this is becoming extremely rare, it wouldn't be surprising to learn this is the last copy left.
someone at Konami's art department must've been really hungry for some chicken breast when they drew Sagitta
So this is a funny glitch in Konami's Martial Champion. Some characters have weapons that can be dropped, and anyone can pick them up.
If both players try to pick it up at the same time... They both get the weapon.
Do it again and a third weapon appears on the ground!
The April update is now live! The 80s classics continue with Williams' JOUST and Konami's SUPER CONTRA; while the kusoge fighting game features of the year begins with Atari's PIT FIGHTER!

I rather enjoy and admire the cutscene graphics in Konami's Rollergames for NES. Great use of limited color for stylistic purposes.
Japanese promo flyer for Konami's X-Men arcade game from 1992.
Released in 1991, Mirage Studios USA made a brave attempt to bring the glory of Konami's TMNT arcade game to the Commodore 64. Although the controls aren't as fluid as they could be, they did a pretty decent job! #commodore64 #c64 #retrogaming
