I might stick to keeping my sketch layers under my lineart. it adds more definition.
you know this drawing?
it was a scrapped wip originally
but one day I was feeling really down and art blocked, tried to replicate a cosplay pic I saw and didn't even do lineart
well, the result... https://t.co/0T4rySWROV

My first finished art using new pen display I bought few days ago 🎉🎉🎉
I need to get used more on making smooth lineart and after that, I'm as good as drawing on my previous tablet 😁👍 Time to work hard~

@ERBloodflame I like thinking my art can pop out with the way I make linearts, I am not sure how would actual thumbnails look with it, but if I can be of any service, I'll gladly do it milord! (THIS IS MESSY I KNOW SORRY I QUICKLY PUT RANDOM STUFF ON A PAGE how do I portfolio fast google)
Been working hard on my linearts and style lately, and I gotta say I am finally satisfied with the way it looks ;-; ✨️ have my own oc!
@Shanuguy we can get away with pushing the silhouette because the normal vector of the cheek surface towards the viewer's eye isnt significant enough for a value change, especially with lineart (binary black/white)
its like the nose and mouth is more in a profile position for better shape
