I've been rereading Medalist from the beginning. MANNNNN it's so good. Inori is a different kinda cutegirl but she doesn't even lose to Anya and I wanna adopt her. And like I'll kyun from cuteness one moment and then cry bc of EMOTIONS the next. I really hope the anime does well!

tsukasa and inori's mentor-mentee relationship will always be my favorite dynamic in medalist. yodaka jun thinks that tsukasa's true talents lie elsewhere but i really think that being a mentor is a skill that tsukasa does almost effortlessly

so refreshing to have a manga that focuses on a mentor. medalist shows us that this mentorship is a two-way communication and coaches have to respect their athletes' decisions and support them in the best way they can. tsukasa, despite being new, seems so natural at this job
