- Queen point is dubious, but the eggs are exactly the same ones as the Queen produces. They aren't from the Hatchers or Phazon Metroids.
- Tallon Metroid is reported to be unaltered (would have followed the natural life-cycle if on SR388.)
- These are similar in a twisted way.

The Chozo encountered by Samus earlier is not the general from the Chozo Memory, he is actually one of those who supervised the creation of the Metroids. We can see a 3D flashback of the events of SR-388 depicting him trying to escape with scientists.

Alright , I’ve procrastinated on this enough. It’s time for my form rankings.

The metroids will be ranked from ugliest to cutest and will include the entire Metroid life cycle and the 2 forms of the Metroid Prime that I’m aware of.

35 years since the galaxy was first introduced to the Metroids. Peace since has been sparse.

Quick question, do y’all like how I draw metroids? Or should I try a softer approach next time. Comment below!

Metroids have changed so much over the years, but I love all of them. Babies

Created by the Chozo and once targeted for weaponisation by the Space Pirates, the Metroids have long been in Samus's sights. That is, until they went extinct…

“Mother Brain at Work”

She’s busy telepathically controlling the creatures of Zebes from within the safe confines of Tourian’s stronghold, guarded by Metroids.

Then Samus busts in and riddles her head with dozens of missiles.

Overall so far. I think Samus Returns will probably end up being my favourite of the 2D Metroids.
It's nice and meaty and while the first few hours are a struggle similar to fusion. You start feeling more powerful much quicker making the game feel better overall

I think it's cool that Metroids were actually inspired by Xenomorphs from Ridley Scotts' Alien series.

In fact, the entire series was actually inspired by the Alien series. Even Samus herself is based off of Ripley from Aliens.

Power bombs are everything.

It is interesting to see it bringing the mechanic of being chased back as well.

Infusion you are chased by a clone of your own armor created and possessed by a previously unknown parasite that was the metroids main prey and have come back due to the metroid's disappearing

One more post to call it a night. Since my little bro is a huge Metroid fan,I decided to post a bunch of my old Metroid art I did.

One was Samus in Varia Suit. The other being Zero Suit Samus in a new world after the Metroids were long gone in Super Metroid.

What’s got me really excited for Metroid dread is that warlord chozo from samus returns’ chozo memories will play a major role… the same guy who sIaughtered the colonists on SR388 to take the Metroids. Assumably, this guy blames the metroids for what he did, abusing his Power…

Metroids are these little cuties.

These are the Xenomorphs of Metroid, and they are desirable because of their energy abilities. They've got a lot of forms, although most of the time you'll see them in that center form.
