These 2 alt costumes are the only ones that change the color of Pyra and Mythra's Core Crystals. The 2nd render here only changes Pyra's Core Crystal color though. Also, in all instances, the Crystals on their swords are always the traditional green.

Zohar
The Zohar is a common element throughout the Xeno series and Pyra and Mythra's alts take from the Xenosaga Zohar. Pyra shares a palette with the Original Zohar with the gold and light-green. Mythra takes from T. Matsuda's Zohar Replica seen in the opening of XS1.

They didnt censor the game itself. Just the characters in smash. They closed Mythra's bood window and gave her black leggings. And they gave pyra stockings.
