it is a matter of practicing a lot with the default flat watercolor brush (opaque), fixing the lines with soft pen and fix the color and luminosity with Sai or clip studio
Ibis doesn't have decent blur pen like sai so watercolors are good for manually blurring colors

fun fact - the way i draw carl's glasses makes it so i can "take them off" but the same does NOT apply to Johnny since his glasses are opaque and i dont even draw his eyes underneath them so the result is horrifying
