Dear Journal ..
Today I boarded a train on Denmark Hill station & got off at Peckham Rye. The doors don’t open automatically but people always get off at Peckham Rye. Later I flew back to Ruskin Park where I annoyed psycho-squirrel and lost a couple of tail-feathers
@OldershawAngela @billybragg Duh! Westwood, not Wychwood. Apologies. My head is still in the clouds after my Ruskin talk this morning.
And I'm heading for Beverley Arts Society to talk about Ruskin & Turner. So glad that we can share Ruskin's ideas & drawings. It's good to be back in the lecture hall! https://t.co/ZtWDlBW2Zz
"Theatre of War: The Cloud" by me. Thinking abt military interoperability in the age of The Cloud. Also thinking abt 19thC John Ruskin's thoughts on 'plague clouds'/'plague winds'. Conceived painting as an excavation, like a geog slice or maybe it's a map? https://t.co/3jrEYEyYRU
