@AL_theBoi Because CD happens before Sonic 2, Robotnik created Metal Sonic before Mecha Sonic. I think Robotnik tried to create a better version of Metal after its defeat, but wasn't able to complete it, and had to use it anyway, hence why it's so easily defeatable. It wasn't finished.
