I did a redesign for the Prince Koopa. Many people were saying he was Bowser, so I wanted to change a few things, like making a rounder face and remove the spikes with a scarp replacing the collar.

The issue is the spikes and where to put the face. You can shorten the spikes on the face side but it just looks awkward from the side
