My results came back from my thyroid check and I’M FUCKIN NORMAL!!!!!!! I’ll have to be on a hormone therapy treatment for the rest of my life, but I went from a 4.8 (high end of normal begins at 2.5) to a 1.6 and I’m beyond happy!!!!!!!!

Who says life in Thyroid Cyto is easy - "Una Vita Difficile". Here, the initial impression would be "Papillary CA with thick colloid". However, the 2nd image clearly shows orange to be keratin and NOT colloid. FNA was called PD CA with Sq features. F/U Anaplastic CA with Sq diff.

23 yo with pathologic fracture of the femur. At surgery the lesion described as aneurysmal bone cyst. Then presented with mandible mass. Lesion biopsied & called Central Giant cell granuloma of mandible. Ultimately, occult parathyroid adenoma found, and BROWN TUMORS diagnosed.
