Phew.

While I've had a smoke (weed), I haven't had a drink in two weeks. Drank about 1-3 times a week, but after a blood pressure scare, I tightened my diet up and lowered my BP dramatically, and I figured reducing more of my alcohol intake couldn't hurt.
