my favourite little AA detail is that manfred von karma in AA1 (left) clenches his left shoulder in this animation.

BUT exclusive to AAI2's flashback case, the sprite has manfred holding his fist out instead. the flashback is BEFORE *spoiler* happens so his shoulder is normal

I like Ema's AA1 design, but I really wish they had kept the gloves and unrolled sleeves. I understand why the change was made - the current design looks more natural, but the beta design suits her more imo

The bag, glasses, and pin, and bow are better in the final design though

i suppose, the visual for AA2 also depicts him with brown hair hhh

i guess his sprite in AA1 started this confusion bc they use brown as the shading color hhh. (tho his hair is fully grey in the scanned illust for GBA)

its good they cleared this misconception in newer games
