TT has repeatedly said that he'll "talk to editorial" about Babs using a wheelchair, except Batgirls and NW are edited by the same people and he's clearly good friends with JC
Two options: TT and BR simply don't want to, or editorial will only allow the wheelchair in Batgirls

I know I've already made jokes linking the Batgirls & the Powerpuff girls with Babs being Blossom, Cass being Buttercup & Steph being Bubbles but the heart in this variant really did make me think of the Powerpuff Girls
