For this one specifically, I have grey overlays at XX% opacity to help create the rainy day feel by 'dulling' the colours... I use things like layer masks to erase line work outside of panel borders without truly erasing it...

I didn't quite realise until going to upload this on instagram today that twitter dulled down the colours... I think this version should look closer to how it's supposed to. I never used to have much of a problem with this but it feels like it happens a lot recently :(
