Turtle oc!!!! His name is Massacio, or Cio 💞 he was the first turtle experiment draxum did. Though, because he just used a random humans DNA, he didn't get the results he wanted, so he was quick to kick Cio to the curb when he was 5 and then made the main turtles we know today
