I did say triped thank you very much, which Primarina definitely is! Like I said if we count the tail as the hind legs Primarina is a quadruped, if we don't Primarina will always be a triped because it does use its tail and both its flippers to move on land!

A rather odd intermediate aquatic mech, used by monarchist forces to help guard their floating cities. Underwater, they fold into a rounded form, only opening weapon bays to launch torpedoes. On surfacing, they morph into a burly quadruped form bristling with guns.

Ooh this is a really neat idea! My headcanon has always been that the Fissure Dragon looked similar to Miklan's Black Beast form in Houses: i.e. a landbound quadruped (because fissure makes me think earthquakes and chasms). Like a crocodile or gator or Komodo dragon but spikier.
