I drew a herringbone brick patio out of nowhere on stream a few days ago and I am still just so proud of myself for pulling that out of thin air. I sincerely thought that part of my design brain had shriveled up and died.

I'm very proud of how much work I put into this place. I tore out a closet, had the walls repaired, tore out the existing skirting board, repaired those walls myself, tore up the carpet and laid new flooring, and I'll be putting new skirting boards up. And of course I painted.
