@tatiy_exe is a Moshling, more specifically Big Bad Bill. My evidence? In the music video for "Go Do The Hoodoo" you see the Big Bad Bills wear masks (Exhibit B) similar to that of Tatiy (Exhibit A) they also both have horns.
