The panel inspired by the painting 'Napoleon crossing the Alps' is also a very intentful reference to the Conquest Horseman. The primary image of Conquest is a White Horse ridden by the Anti-Christ. The origin of that imagery comes from the idea that Napoleon was the Anti-Christ.
