in essence though: none of this really matters! Caliburn literally would not care what pronouns you used to refer to it as. if Caliburn saw me making this thread it would say "WHAT? why are you wasting your time writing all this when you could be fighting with a magical sword?!?"

i notice some people (myself included!) sometimes default to using he/him pronouns for Caliburn. i'm not sure if that's just a "he/him as the default in general" thing or if Callie gives off those vibes? hmmm

Conjuring Cutlasses note:
Caliburn (and by extension, all the Spirits) go by it/its pronouns. this isn't a conscious "Gender" thing as much as its just. how the Spirits are? they're otherworldly beings without a concept of gender so that's what fits them best
